NOW HIRING: Lead Cook
Location: Marriott Grand Resort Golf Club & Spa, Point Clear, Alabama
Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Lead Cook or similar role (2 years)
- Strong communication with team and management
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physical kitchen tasks
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support kitchen staff during service
- Prep and cook menu items to chef’s standards
- Ensure quality, timing, and presentation of all dishes
- Keep station clean and organized
- Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a positive, professional kitchen environment
