Setting: Hospital Level 1 Trauma; Level II NICU
Dates Needed: as soon as credentialed on-going
Preferred Schedule: 4 10's, 3 12's
Cases: Cardiac, Ortho, Neuro, General, Urology, ENT, Bariatric, Vascular, Thoracic, OB/GYN, Peds and Trauma
Requirements: GA Lic, DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ATLS, Cardiac Fellowship as well as TEE certification
EMR: EPIC
