Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year + monthly commissions as well as bonus opportunities.

What Youll Do

• Manage 1020 store locations and ensure high performance across your region
• Lead, train, and coach store leaders through sales meetings, store visits, and coaching sessions
• Drive results by analyzing P&L reports, customer feedback, and performance data
• Support recruitment, staffing, and employee development
• Conduct quarterly operational assessments and monthly business reviews
• Resolve escalated customer or store issues professionally
• Travel daily between assigned store locations

What You Bring

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of leadership experience (retail/insurance preferred)
• Strong skills in sales, customer service, coaching, and communication
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office and business systems
• Adaptable schedule and a passion for driving results
• TX Property & Casualty Insurance License (preferred but not required)
