Quality Assurance Clerk

Job Title: QA Clerk
Shift: 2nd Shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Location: Franklin Park IL

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QA Clerk to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have prior quality assurance experience and be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred). This role is essential in ensuring our products meet company and industry standards through consistent and accurate inspections and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products

• Record and maintain accurate QA data and reports

• Identify and report any quality issues or deviations to the QA Supervisor

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

• Support production and operations teams in resolving quality concerns

• Assist with audits and special QA projects as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role is preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Basic computer skills (data entry, Microsoft Office)

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
