What Youll Do

This full-time position runs from August 4, 2025 to May 22, 2026. Each day, youll guide high schoolers through hands-on labs, fascinating lectures, and real-world experiments that connect lessons to life beyond the classroom. Youll engage with fellow educators, attend department meetings, and maintain open lines of munication with families to ensure every student stays on track.

Role Highlights:

• Full-time, MondayFriday

• Grades 912 science curriculum

• Starting pay at $40$45/hour, depending on experience

• Active Louisiana DOE Certification required (TAT not accepted)

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Science, Education, or a related field

• Valid Louisiana DOE Certification for high school science

• Classroom experience preferred; new grads wele

• Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills
