Your Daily ImpactAs a full-time Science Teacher, youll help high school students tackle plex ideas with confidence. Youll design engaging lesson plans, lead hands-on experiments, encourage lively discussions, and prepare students to succeed in an ever-changing world. Youll collaborate with fellow teachers, participate in department meetings, and maintain clear, open munication with students and families. Serving grades 912 in a high school setting
petitive pay starting at $40$45/hour, based on experience
This position requires an active Louisiana DOE Certification TATs are not accepted
Bachelors Degree or higher in Education, Science, or related field
Active Louisiana Department of Education Certification for secondary science
Proven experience teaching high school science preferred
Strong classroom management skills and a mitment to student success
Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and adapt to diverse learning needs
