We are representing an established General Contractor in their search for Superintendent to oversee commercial tenant improvement projects in the Greater Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all aspects of construction projects including planning, safety and quality control
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans as required
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on-site
• Establish and manage relationships with Clients and Subcontractors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
