Seeking Warm, Playful Sitter For Our Neurodivergent 11-Year-Old Son (Kirkland) - Full-time / Part-time

We are seeking an occasional sitter for our 11-year-old son, who is neurodivergent and has a unique, sensitive profile. He's bright, playful, and imaginative, and thrives with caregivers who are warm, calm, imaginative and flexible--someone who can follow his lead and connect through low-demand, creative play. He especially loves soccer, caring for his stuffies and baby dolls, and pretend play. No structured activities--just relationship-focused support. Shifts are typically 2-4 hours on weekdays and if able some weekends. Mom usually works from home but may be out for appointments. We're in Kirkland (98034).
