Salary up to $130,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Shared Services Manager:

• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash/treasury functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations.
• Ensure the completion and accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Assist with external audits by preparing financial statements and necessary documentation.
• Review budget reports and support departments in the development of annual budgets.
• Manage the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns.
• Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to deliver valuable insights to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experienced Preferred of the Shared Services Manager :

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 10 Years AR & AP Experience
• 3 Years Supervisory Experience
• Strong Systems Experience
