The Entry Level Account Manager will provide solutions, recommend products and manage customer accounts to recognize any upgrades.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Directly engage with business owners and customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable AT&T products and services
• Apply customer service and sales expertise to inform customers about the latest wireless and internet technology solutions
• Cultivate long-term relationships with business owners and customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction beyond product delivery
• Collaborate with the team to devise strategies for boosting sales and customer acquisition margins
• Deliver outstanding customer service to promptly resolve any customer concerns or issues
• Stay informed about AT&T's product offerings, services, upgrades, and industry trends to maintain a competitive market advantage
