Corporate Controller (Hybrid/Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and financial reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes

• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

• Lead annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash management functions

• Drive process improvements and implement best practices across the accounting function

• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making

• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role preferred

• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
