Payroll Specialist - Now Hiring

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a healthcare organization seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team in Dorchester, MA.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist:

• Biweekly payroll processing for 275+ employees, both salary and hourly
• Reviewing, entering, and reconciliation of timesheets, making adjustments as needed
• Assist employees with questions regarding payroll
• Recording payroll journal entries
• Ad hoc tasks given from the management team

Background expected of the Payroll Specialist:

• Associate degree or additional experience equivalent (2 years)
• 2+ years experience in payroll processing
• Proficiency with a major HRIS
