Nextant is looking for an experienced Program Manager Tech for our client. This individual, designs and implements complex data architectures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex technical initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

Led and oversaw multiple technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, quality assurance, and other stakeholders, to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Drive process improvements and best practices across project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

2-10+ years of experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in the technology industry.

Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, ADO, Power BI, Azure, and Kanban.

Adobe product required.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay Rate:

The annual salary rate for this position in Washington State is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Candidate must be in Washington, Florida, or Texas.
