Job Details
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in civil cases with a strong desire to grow within our firm. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases, develop your skills, and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Assist in the preparation and management of cases from inception through trial.
Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the litigation team.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3-7 years of litigation experience civil cases.
Courtroom experience is a plus.
