Accounts Payable Specialist - Now Hiring

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with an internationally recognized, award-winning professional services company based in Europe that expanded into Boston almost ten years ago. They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process invoice batches
• Resolve vendor payment queries
• Handle assigned vendors, including 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to gather any missed information
• Communicate with vendors for general business and for issue resolution

Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar software package
