Accounts Receivable Specialist

Creative Financial Staffing is paired with a property management company in Charlestown seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

About the Organization seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Post checks for all properties
• Posting last fees
• Generate condo invoices
• Process tenant changes
• Refund security deposits as requested
• Ad hoc reports and projects to support the Accounts Payable and Month-end Close Processes

Background Preferred of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 3+ years in an Accounts Receivable role
• Real Estate experience is a plus
• Associate's degree or experience equivalent
