Job Details
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of civil litigation defense experience to join our Philadelphia office and support our expanding casualty litigation team.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and arguing complex motions and legal briefs
• Taking and attending depositions
• Supporting case strategy and trial preparation
• Handling select files independently
• Collaborating with senior attorneys across professional liability and insurance coverage matters

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• PA and NJ Bar admission (both REQUIRED)
• Experience in casualty, professional liability, or insurance coverage preferred
