Global Financial Firm located in NEW YORK, NY has an immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Markets Resolution & Recovery Planning Analyst
"This role is currently on a Hybrid Schedule.
You will need to have reliable internet, computer and android or iphone for remote access into the client systems during remote work.
We will be expected in the office weekly 3 days depending on the team requirement.

Pay rate range: $ 80.00 - $ 94.00 Negotiable based upon years of experience
The Risk and Control team directly supports Markets globally.
Our goal is to establish and maintain a robust 1st Line of Defense control environment and culture to minimize operational risk within the business.
Markets Resolution & Recovery Planning Team is a sub team within Risk and Control.
We are looking for a dynamic financial analyst to join the Markets Resolution & Recovery Planning Team, supporting the oversight of the Chapter Enhancements and RRP plan submission for 165D
Successful candidate will have at least few years of experience in finance, accounting, SQL, PowerPoints, excel
Core daily responsibilities include:
Support Recovery and Resolution Model Transformation working with technology
Manage day to day RRP Model output analysis
Support Model execution for EUC based models
Assisting with the coordination of and review of input into the firm's RRP deliverables from stakeholders across the firm, ensuring consistency and quality
Comfortable processing complex data, identifying trends, and connecting strategic concepts.
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in Liquidity and Capital Management, Stress Testing/ CCAR, Recovery and Resolution, Model Risk and Model Validation
Strong Understanding of Broker dealer Front office operations and Products
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience within a SQL, Python
At least 2 years experience in Finance/Accounting, Technology
Proficient in English writing skills
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience within a SQL, PowerPoints and Excel would be beneficial
