What You'll Do:
- Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to drive business decisions
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory standards
- Manage and mentor a small accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to improve financial processes
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 6+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Leadership skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to drive process improvements
