Job Details

• Lead and mentor the accounting team; manage performance and development
• Oversee monthly close, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage tax filings and audit readiness
• Drive improvements in systems (ERP, GL conversion), reporting, and automation
• Prepare and review budgets, sales commissions, cash flow forecasts, and reports
• Collaborate with departments to ensure accuracy in revenue, expenses, and inventory

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in leadership
• Bachelor’s in Accounting; a CPA or Master’s is optional and a nice-to-have.
• Expertise in general ledger, financial statements, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
• Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions and influence change
