LifePro Recruitment is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to join our remote team and play a critical role in helping clients navigate the life insurance process. This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity for individuals who are passionate about creating great client experiences, solving problems, and driving long-term satisfaction.

You’ll work with inbound leads—no cold calling—and help ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their coverage decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary support contact for prospective and current clients

• Understand client needs and provide personalized product guidance

• Assist clients through the life insurance application and approval process

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-ups in our CRM

• Ensure a smooth, professional, and caring customer journey from start to finish

Compensation:
This is a 1099 commission-only role. Customer Success Specialists typically earn $3,000–$7,000/month, with top performers earning $10,000+/month.
