We are looking for a compassionate and organized Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing exceptional patient care, managing clinical operations, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our facility.


5 Major Roles


Patient Care & Support:

• Assist patients with their needs and concerns, providing compassionate support during their visits.
• Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all patients.

Clinical Management:

• Support clinical staff in managing patient flow and coordinating appointments.
• Monitor patient records and assist with the preparation of clinical documentation.

Facility/Supply Management:

• Oversee the management of clinical supplies and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and cleanliness to uphold health and safety standards.

Patient Education/Compliance:

• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Provide resources and materials to support patient health literacy.

Administrative Support:

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and data management as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
