Skilled Lawn Care Technician – Stand-On Mower Specialist

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a clean finish, knows their way around professional equipment, and can deliver top-tier curb appeal on every job.

️ Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-on 34" Bad Boy Revolt mower, including adjusting blade heights to meet lawn-specific requirements

• Use a weed eater with precision, ensuring clean edges around driveways, fences, and flowerbeds

• Blow off all hard surfaces including sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and patios—no clippings left behind

• Assist with equipment maintenance and daily checks to ensure peak performance

• Drive company truck and/or trailer safely between job sites

✅ Qualifications:

• Must be experienced with stand-on mowers (specifically Bad Boy or similar models)

• Confident and skilled with weed eater techniques, including trimming along fences and tight spots

• Understands how to properly use a blower to leave sites clean and professional

• Valid driver’s license required

• Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with small engine maintenance

• Previous experience on commercial or high-end residential routes
