This position starts at $20- $22, based on experience - KARM Stores management must be 18 or older.

 JOB DETAILS

To be completed under the direction and guidance of the Donation Center Manager

1. Lead and equip the team to reveal Christ in every aspect of their job, to each other, donors, customers and volunteers. 

2. To perform any of the required job duties within the Receiving team.  This includes all requirements related to accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise.

3. Adhere to and implement, daily, all donor service standards, policies and procedures.

4. Train and retain employees.  

5. Properly execute necessary paperwork related to employees including document coaching opportunities, hiring paperwork, termination paperwork, workers compensation paperwork, etc.

6. Accurately keep up with and fill out labor worksheets every Monday and on an as needed basis.  

7. Must be able to appropriately set daily goals and plan their day according to projections/targets. 

8. Review Cyfe Dashboard daily to understand and communicate targets to the team. 

9. Provide a positive and encouraging atmosphere for receiving staff to promote further professional development and growth within KARM Stores. 

10. Communicate efficiently and clearly with the Donation Center Manager on daily needs and progress of the Receiving team.

11. Train and hold staff accountable for recognizing the value of the donations and appropriate needs of the store before the items reach the sales floor.

12. Effectively use the donation receiving script to communicate appreciation, the KARM Story, and Corner of Your Field to donors.    

13. Train team members to effectively use the donation receiving script to communicate appreciation, the KARM Story, and Corner of Your Field to donors. 

14. Able to tell the KARM Stores story and continually connects the dots for staff and customers. 

For Donation Trailer: 

1. Receive donations at the donation trailer graciously and with a positive and enthusiastic presence. 

2. Organize and place all donations in the appropriate gaylords and areas of the trailer while preserving the integrity and quality of the donation. 

3. Provide encouraging and welcoming conversation to donors while receiving their donations and explaining our Corners of Your Field program and KARM donations.  

4. Effectively tell the KARM Stores and KARM story while also explaining the mission and why we do what we do. 

5. Have the ability to share the Gospel and discipline others when the occasion arises. 

6. Desires to and has the ability to lead daily devotionals and prayer with the team.
