Expense Report Processing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Processing and approving expense reports in Unanet will be the focus of the Expense Report Processing Specialist (600-1000+ expenses)
• Expense Report Processing Specialist will complete data entry
• Expense Report Processing Specialist may assist with system conversion related project - reviewing old information in Solomon and inputting into Sage Intacct
• Expense Report Processing Specialist may set up employees', users, and vendors in Sage
• Expense Report Processing Specialist will complete ad hoc tasks and projects as requested

Requirements:

• Expense Report Processing Specialist MUST have previous high volume expense report processing experience
• Should have high school diploma. Some college experience or recent grads welcome
• Previous Unanet experience is preferred
• Microsoft SL and/or Sage Intacct experience is a plus
• Must have previous CRM experience - Salesforce, ADP, etc.
• Non-profit experience is a plus but NOT required
• Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience (VLOOKUP's are a plus)
