Description
- Serve as the primary liaison for a designated portfolio of client and agent bank accounts, ensuring smooth communication and transaction handling.
- Set up and maintain loan records, including credit terms, fee schedules, and payment instructions, in accordance with internal systems and agreements.
- Monitor upcoming loan maturities and coordinate timely rollovers or repayments in collaboration with internal funding desks.
- Input and verify loan-related data across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy in transaction processing and reporting.
- Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments, interest, or fees by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
- Support documentation and compliance efforts by maintaining organized records and assisting with funding memos and operational audits.
Profile
- Prior experience in loan servicing or syndicated lending operations, with a strong understanding of credit agreements and payment structures.
- Familiarity with financial systems used for loan processing and recordkeeping, such as ACBS or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage transaction workflows, including fee tracking, maturity monitoring, and funding coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and agent banks to ensure smooth transaction execution.
