Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary and high school students
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and assessments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals
  • Organizational skills to manage a full caseload effectively

Location:

  • Irvine, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students across two school sites
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate student needs and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings to discuss student progress and required services
  • Implement therapeutic activities to support students physical and sensory development
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy goals into the school curriculum
  • Schedule and manage therapy sessions to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
