Job Description
- Location: Oklahoma City, OK, 3 Locations
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing; prefer providers who can commit to 3 months; extension available
- Schedule: M-F, 7am-3pm generally, can fluctuate a bit; Full time preferred, but will accept alternate work weeks, M-Th 2wks on/2 wks off, Split Coverage
- Medically Directed ACT Model
- Requirements:
- Prefer Active, unrestricted OK license, but may accept Compact License
- Board Certified CRNA
- Clean background/malpractice
- AHA Certs: ACLS, BLS
- Must respond with updated CV
- Must have portfolio of documents readily available should you choose to apply
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing Timeframe will be expedited and Temporary Privileges are available
- Skills: Must be skilled in all General Anesthesia; Adult, Ortho, general surgery, GI sedation, Adult ENT, GYN, spine Cataracts; All are bread & butter cases; Acuity: ASA 1-3
- Travel & lodging are covered
- Malpractice Insurance is provided
