Full-time, permanent position Setting: Outpatient with consultative inpatient call coverage
Schedule: 4.5 clinic days — Monday–Thursday 8:00a–5:00p / Friday 8:00a–12:00p Protected administrative time: 4 hours per week
Appointment times: 40 minutes new / 20 minutes follow-up (adjustable) Call: 1 in 3 — no more than 10 days per month
Physicians typically round in 1-week blocks with 3–5 consults per week Current team: 2 physicians (plus 1 part-time) and 1 APP
EMR: Cerner## Practice OverviewSeeking a fellowship-trained, BC Endocrinologist to join a group of 3 providers and help shape the future of endocrinology care at one of South Carolina's most trusted and innovative community health systems: Patient volume: 18–20 patients per day
Primarily adult patients aged 55 and older including those with diabetes and other endocrine conditions Largest primary care network in the market serving a growing population aligned with endocrinology needs
Dedicated support team including nurses, front office staff, and experienced LPN/MAs with endocrinology expertise Referrals processed through Central Scheduling from both internal PCP network and outside providers
Multidisciplinary collaboration to coordinate care plans and treatment monitoring## Conditions Treated Diabetes and diabetes complications
Abnormal weight gain Hyper and hypothyroidism and thyroid cancer
Adrenal disorders Osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease
Pituitary problems Hypogonadism and parathyroidism

Base salary: $250,000–$275,000 based on experience — increased base negotiable Income potential up to $332,000 with wRVU bonuses
