Join a high-volume anesthesia team in West Reading, Pennsylvania, providing care across a broad range of surgical specialties in a Level I Trauma Center. This ongoing locums opportunity offers a supervised practice model, flexible scheduling options, and exposure to a diverse patient population in a busy perioperative environment.

Schedule & Coverage

Schedule Options:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Four 10-hour shifts per week

Days:

• Monday through Friday

Overtime:

• Paid after 40 hours worked per week

Please note:

• Lunches are not covered

Clinical Details & Responsibilities

Patient Population:

• All ages

Case Mix Includes:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedic Surgery
• Head and Neck Procedures
• Healthy Pediatrics
• MitraClip Procedures
• Watchman Procedures
• Additional surgical specialties as assigned

Not Included:

• Open Heart Surgery
• Obstetrics

Facility Information:

• 24+ Operating Rooms
• High-volume surgical program

Provider will work with an anesthesiologist and cover a variety of surgical cases throughout the facility.

EMR: Epic

Support Staff:

• Anesthesia Technicians
• Surgical Care Associates (SCAs)

Practice Model:

• Supervised anesthesia care team model

Requirements

Board Certified CRNA – Required
Active Pennsylvania License – Required
Comfortable caring for pediatric and adult patients – Required
Ability to work within a supervised anesthesia model – Required
