CRNA - Anesthesiology job available in Angola, Indiana

Location: Angola, Indiana
Position Type: Locum Tenens

• Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM; mix of OR and OB cases

• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

• Supervision: CRNAs work independently with MD on-site; little to no supervision

• Daily Coverage: 3 providers daily; 4 on Tuesdays and Fridays

• Facilities:

  • 3 ORs

  • 2 Endoscopy Rooms

  • EMR System: EPIC

• Included: Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Podiatry, General Surgery, ENT, OB

• OB Specifics:

  • VBACs performed

  • No high-risk OB

  • ~250 deliveries annually

  • C-sections done in Main OR

• Skills Required: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Caselogs Required: Yes, for spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (temps available with clean background/malpractice and active, unrestricted license)

• Licensure:

  • Compact license accepted

• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP — must be AHA certified

• Malpractice: A-rated coverage provided
