• Organization Information:
  • Salary:
    • First 2 years $350k base salary with opportunity to earn productivity bonus between 50k and 100k
    • Third year, compensation potential between $500k and $650k
  • Employee for 2 years, partnership upon completing 2nd year
  • Health insurance
  • 401K with 3% match
  • CME allowance up to $2,500/year
  • Vacation (3 weeks), 1 week for CME
  • Malpractice
