We are currently seeking an additional full-time fellowship trained BC/BE, Advanced Heart Failure Transplant Cardiologist (Advanced Practice Provider) for our Advanced Heart Failure and Mechanical Circulatory support program that is rapidly growing. You will join a team that includes care for transplant/ventricular assist devices, ECMO, an interdisciplinary shock team and an ACC accredited outpatient heart failure program.   

The Cardiology division has coronary intervention, complex electrophysiology, structural heart, and advanced imaging along with cardiac rehab and serves a large tertiary area covering Montana, Wyoming and the western Dakotas. Opportunity exists in research and education.  

The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high quality and compassionate care and will lead a team of experienced APPs, pharmacists, and RNs in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  Candidates should have clinical expertise in heart transplants, mechanical support devices and invasive hemodynamics.   For APPs could write will co-manage a team of experienced RNs and pharmacists in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
