Job Description
Position Details:
- Assignment Type: Permanent (PERM)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Setting: Inpatient
- CRNAs take 2nd call for backup emergency cases and OB monitoring.
- Call schedule: 1 weekday per week & 1 weekend per month.
- Current Staffing: 4 MDs (including Chief), aiming to increase to 6.
- CRNAs: Currently 5, looking to expand to 6.
- Some supervision of CRNAs.
- Annual Volume:
- 900 inpatient OR cases
- 5,000 outpatient cases (including endoscopy)
- 450 births per year
- Anesthesia Sites: Up to 7 at a time (4 ORs / 3 Endo suites).
- Bread & Butter Cases in Specialties Including:
- Bariatrics
- Non-invasive Cardiology
- ENT (including healthy pediatrics)
- General Surgery
- GI
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- OBGYN
- EMR: Meditech
- Salary: Highly competitive 325K
- Sign-on Bonus: 50K
- Relocation Reimbursement: Up to 10K
- Student Loan Repayment: 30K total (10K/year for 3 years) (if applicable)
