Position Highlights:* Call Schedule: 1:3 with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) taking first call* Practice Setting: Hospital-employed role within a high-volume, collaborative cardiovascular program* Team Composition: Join a seasoned team of cardiovascular specialists, including interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, heart failure experts, and dedicated APPs* Annual Surgical Volume: Approximately 450 cardiovascular surgeries per year across two coordinated locations Candidate Requirements:* Medical degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent)* Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery* Completion of a Cardiovascular Surgery fellowship with a minimum of five years of experience* Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure and a Controlled Substance License in the state of Michigan Reason for Recruitment:To meet growing demand and support a thriving, high-acuity cardiovascular program.
