Georgetown DE - Psychiatrist - Inpatient - $350-390K

Top-tier MH facility seeking FT Psychiatrist in Delaware
Work on an inpatient campus with multiple programs
90-bed psychiatric hospital
Units include: acute adult, regular adult, detox, adolescent
New graduate physicians welcome to apply for role
Ages to be seen based on preferences
Avg. census 80, LOS 6, 12 admissions a day between units
Monday - Friday weekly schedule required for opportunity
Cover inpatient 1 weekend / month (paid extra)
Provide 7 days of on call per month
Full complement of support (2x MDs, 4x NPs, ancilliary staff)
Vacation / Sick / Holidays = 26 days per year
CME = 3 days per year, $3,000 CME stipend
Health, vision, dental, malpractice insurance provided
Compensation $350k-$390k with sign on bonus available
