At AllerVie Health's Lubbock's practices, you walk into a fully operational clinics — patients already scheduled, experienced staff in place, equipment ready. No administrative build-out. No ramp-up stress. Your focus is medicine, not logistics.

Choose your schedule: 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Keep your evenings and weekends. Treat a broad mix of pediatric and adult allergy and immunology patients in a collegial, mission-driven environment. For physicians tired of the on-call grind, this is the exit ramp.

Position Highlights:

• No call/ No weekends

• Join a care team of 1 physician and 3 APPs serving 3 locations in Lubbock, TX

• Competitive base salary + productivity bonus - your effort is rewarded directly

• Relocation assistance available for qualifying candidates

• PTO + Paid Holidays | Medical, Dental & Vision (30+ hrs/wk)

• CME stipend + full malpractice & tail coverage

Qualifications: 

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. 

• Board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology. 

• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. 

• Fellowship training in Allergy & Immunology required. 

• DEA

• ACLS and BLS certification required. 

• Prior experience in outpatient allergy and immunology care preferred.
