New ASAP start date locum need in Yuma, AZ 
Open to AZ license in hand only
5-day expedited credentialing process
2 ORs
1 Procedure Room
Our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology
ACLS, BLS, PALS and competent with nerve blocks
Monday thru Friday coverage
No call requirement
Usually have cases every day of the week unless a provider is on vacation
Very fast paced ASC especially on Wednesdays
CRNA that can cover M-F 6a-til last patient discharged
Proficient in blocks and would be only anesthesia provider on site
Site only wants to see local and or drive in candidates!
