Physician Obstetrics & Gynecology - Competitive Salary

ABOUT THE ROLE\n
\nOBGYN Physician needed to join well-established, highly collaborative OB/GYN team in coastal South Carolina. Balanced outpatient/inpatient role with strong physician support, APP collaboration, and leadership focused on sustainability and wellbeing.\n

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION\n
\n 36 patient-facing hours + 4 admin hours/week\n
\n Shared call 1:7 (sustainable, physician-friendly)\n
\n Guaranteed base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU bonuses\n
\n $25K+ sign-on bonus\n
\n 24 days PTO + 5 days CME allowance ($3K/year)\n
\n W2 (no 1099)\n
\n

\n 7 OBGYN physicians + 1 GYN APP + 1 CNM\n
\n Dedicated nursing support (clinic & L&D)\n
\n Strong administrative support\n
\n Cerner EMR with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI\n

SERVICES & PROCEDURES
\n OBSTETRICS:\n
\n Prenatal care & deliveries (vaginal/cesarean)\n
\n High-risk pregnancy management (up to 32 weeks)\n
\n Level II nursery on site\n
\n L&D, postpartum, nursery, C-section ORs on same floor\n
\n
GYNECOLOGY:\n
\n Surgical procedures (hysterectomy, laparoscopic)\n
\n Office-based procedures (IUD, colposcopy)\n
\n Well-woman care & complex gynecologic management\n
\n
HIGH-RISK SUPPORT:\n

• Established transfer protocols"McLeod Level III NICU (1-2 hrs ground) or MUSC Level IV NICU (45 min helicopter).
