• ENT services are a priority in the region due to increasing demand and a shortage of available providers. Currently, there are limited in-network ENT providers, leading to long wait times and a significant number of referrals being sent to external providers.
• As part of a strategic plan to grow ENT services, the health system is looking to expand the ENT team.
• The successful candidate will join an existing provider with the goal of growing the team to three ENT providers over the next three years to meet increasing patient demand.
