Assignment Details
• Dates: ASAP through December 31, 2026
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p, no call
• Commitment: 4 weeks per month
• Volume: 15+ patients/shift
• Setting: Outpatient clinic with procedures in cath lab
• Guaranteed hours: 8/day; OT after 40 hours/week
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: ~90 days

Requirements
• Board Certified in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Active WA license or IMLC
• Active DEA
• ACLS, BLS
Compensation
• Rate caps apply per facility
