What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care exclusively for cardiac and thoracic surgery cases, including CABGs, valve replacements, aortic root surgeries, pericardial procedures, lung surgeries, laser lead removal, and rib plating.
• Join a specialized cardiac anesthesia team in a Level III trauma hospital.
• Manage a typical caseload of 2–5 cases per day.
• Participate in call shifts—one evening per week and a weekend every 6 weeks—with minimal on-call disruptions.
• Use Epic EMR system (highly preferred).
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to ensure safe, efficient anesthesia care tailored to cardiac surgery patients.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid South Carolina RN license or compact license
• Certification as CRNA, Board Certified
• Minimum of 1 year of cardiac anesthesia experience

Preferred:

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Prior experience in cardiac or thoracic OR environments
