\nNeurology Physician for established practice in coastal South Carolina. Balanced, sustainable outpatient-focused role (80/20) with minimal call burden, protected administrative time, advanced diagnostic capabilities, and excellent work-life balance.\n

SCHEDULE & CALL\n
\n Mon-Thurs 8am"5pm / Friday 8am"12pm\n
\n 36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours/week\n
\n Protected admin time (0.5 days/week)\n
\n VERY LIGHT CALL: 10 days/month (CMC-based only)\n
\n Senior physician came in at night only 1x last year while on call\n
\n Telemedicine and tele-stroke program support\n
\n Neurologists typically do NOT administer TPA\n
\n
CLINICAL SCOPE\n
\n 80% outpatient / 20% inpatient\n
\n 18"22 patients/day average (seniors see 25+)\n
\n General neurology consults, follow-ups, diagnostic testing\n
\n
PROCEDURES & DIAGNOSTICS\n

• EMG, EEG, nerve conduction studies, Botox injections, lumbar puncture, carotid ultrasound
\n
• Advanced neuroimaging (MRI, CT, specialized brain scans), sleep studies, cognitive/neuropsychological testing
\n
• EMG tech onsite; telemedicine for consults
\n

REQUIREMENTS\n

• Board-certified/eligible in Neurology
\n
• Valid SC license (or ability to obtain)
\n
• Current DEA license
\n
• EMG/EEG proficiency preferred
\n
• Full-spectrum neurology comfort
\n
