  • Leadership Scope: Oversight of 50-provider multi-specialty outpatient primary care group across 4 sites

  • Leadership experience preferred

  • Interest in quality improvement, operations, and strategic growth

Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight across four outpatient primary care sites
  • Develop and standardize clinical protocols and best practices
  • Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Mentor and support physicians and care teams
  • Collaborate on workflow optimization, scheduling, and EHR utilization
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
  • Support infection control and public health initiatives
  • Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and strategic development
  • Drive population health and value-based care initiatives
  • Participate in FPPE/OPPE, CME activities, performance evaluations, and case reviews
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Maintain active direct patient care responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with nursing, administrative, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in phone-only call rotation

  • 1:11 call ratio
