$300,000 salary with $150,000 Incentive Package.   Patient volume: average 15/day.   4-day work week; 1 administrative day.   Option to see some patients via telemedicine..   Well-established program with a large referral base..   Bread and butter endocrinology with collaborative support from primary care and other sub-specialties. Includes thyroid, parathyroid, in-office ultrasound, weight management..   Clinic Staff: Clinical assistants and a Nurse Practitioner .   6-7 diabetes educators: they cover hospital and clinic; also manage pumps.   No after-hours call.   Optional: DEXA reading, weight management.  Qualifier for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.   Extremely competitive salary enhanced by an attractive benefits package including medical malpractice coverage, 401 K, pension, relocation allowance and more.  Community - population of 150k with service area of 500k.
