Our client is a thriving private pediatric practice in Saint Paul, Minnesota, seeking board-certified or board-eligible pediatricians to join their team. They prioritize patient care and provide ample time for physicians to spend with each patient and their families. This commitment has earned them a consistent "5-star" rating on Google.

Physicians work four days a week in the clinic, offering flexibility and a balance between work and personal life. There are no hospital or newborn nursery rounds, no weekend clinics, and no hospital call duties. This allows physicians to focus solely on the clinic and patient care.

A competitive compensation package is offered, including salary, benefits such as 401K, Health Insurance, Health Savings Account, Malpractice Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, and a generous CME budget.
