Compensation Package:
• 358,000 Base salary ($550,000 total package)
• 30,000 Quality incentive (pd quarterly)
• After hours (4:00pm)250/hr
• Post call 1,600/day
• General call 1,500/day
• Cardiac call 400/day
• Backup call 100/day
• 40 days PTO
• 60k sign on (30k at start and 30k after 2 years)
• 10k relocation
• 12,500 annual CME allowance
• 2 hospitals and 2 ASCs to work from and all in San Angelo, TX
• Full benefit package

• Malpractice provided
