  • Serves as a primary clinical rotation site for the University of Arizona CRNA program
  • Supports education, mentorship, and advancement of the CRNA profession
  • HRSA-approved site - eligible for HRSA loan repayment programs

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply. (Board certification required before start date)

Scheduling:

  • Preferred scheduling and work-life balance
  • 40 hours per week and 45 weeks per year
  • One weekend shift per month
  • Minimal night shifts per year
  • No call

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.

Rewards and Compensation:

  • Full-time yearly compensation is based on experience:
    • W-2 257k base
    • 1099 292k base
  • Sign-on and relocation incentives available for W2 or 1099
  • Generous paid time off for W2 or 1099
  • Robust benefits package for W2
