Overview:

Mountain View Regional Medical Center is seeking dedicated and collaborative CRNAs to join our team. Work independently to the top of your license in a collegial environment that prioritizes inter-professional collaboration for optimal patient care. Our team comprises 17 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists committed to professional growth and development.

Position Overview:

• Compensation package ranging from 380,000 to 400,000+
• Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance Provided
• W2 or 1099 options
• 8 weeks vacation time off
• Malpractice Insurance Covered

• Student Stipend Program-last 18 months
• Schedule: 8s, 10s, 12s, 26-week opportunities

Role and Responsibilities:

- Work with excellent surgeons and a top-notch OR team in a supportive environment that values CRNAs

• Practice independently and work to the top of your license
• High Acuity cases include: Orthopedic spine, neurosurgical spine, intracranial neurosurgery, pediatric dental, bariatric surgery, colorectal surgery, ENT, urology, general surgery, GYN, GI, OB

Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certification (or in the process of certification)
• Valid New Mexico license
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• No subspecialty required
