- Educate residents to assess, respond to, and meet the needs of the community they serve. - Guide, support, and mentor residents to partner with diverse, underserved persons and populations. - Prepare, train, and guide residents to deliver the full spectrum of Family Medicine in a changing environment.

- Approximately 80% preceptorship and 20% clinical. Providing 1 day per week direct out-patient care and 4 days per week supervising/administering residents. - Assist in residency program practice management, overall residency operations, and resident oversight.
